needed 50's for added muscle mass
As a personal trainer I workout six days a week. needed a little more then the 40's I had to gain a little more resistance. great price with friendly staff that is why I go to DICK'S SPORTING GOOD. Also purchased new hunting knife 100.00 and running shoes in the last two weeks. Great service was a priority, for all who waited on me....

Very nice dumbbell
I have nothing bad to say about this dumbbell. I used it for curling and other various excersises. I would recommend it to anybody who is transferring from 40ib and on. If you weight lifted less than 40 I do not recommend this dumbbell for you. Overall it's a great dumbbell.

great piece of equipment
love these weights no plates laying around next purchase will be a 55 or 60lb. could use a rack to hold all of them
