comfortable to hold These are really great. I store them in my office so I can grab them quickly. I like the material that is on the weights. It makes them feel comfortable when you use them. Also I think it helps that they are brightly colored since I leave them on the floor a lot. I don't trip on them. November 13, 2012

Solid Both my wife and I use these weights regularly in a variety of exercises. They are comfortable, easy to grasp, and accurate in weight. It seems odd that 5lbs would be too little and 10lbs would be too much, but the 8lbs allows a for a generous number of repetitions to tone muscle without causing injury at our stage of development. These weights are, however, an unfortunate shade of green. July 23, 2012
