Rated 3.7 out of 5 by 60 reviewers.
Rated 3 out of 5 by great product, but.... I already had one and loved it. but, this one arrived without the string to get it started. no big deal, but a pain to make one that fits just right. May 27, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by I am window-washer and had one of these many years ago when I 1st started my business When I started my business, I was washing windows and making pottery full-time. Needless to say, I had issues with my wrists and forearms locking up on me. Through regular massage, chiropractic treatment and daily use of the dynaflex pro gyro wrist exerciser, I was able to reverse the negative effects I was experiencing. I recently have had stiffness in my forearms and soreness in my wrists, as a result I purchased another one of these and within a couple of weeks use I have had noticeable improvement. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who does repetitive tasks for work. August 13, 2015

Rated 5 out of 5 by Something so simple works so great. For years I've been nagged by tendinitis. On a whim I picked one up and began to use it, infrequently at first. Eventually, I noticed that the pain my elbow area began to diminish. Now, after a couple of months of use the pain is almost completely gone. October 10, 2014

Rated 5 out of 5 by Love it . I am on the computer a lot and I started getting carpel tunnel . I have bought tons of little gizmos to help me with the pain and the loss of grip strength. this one really works. it is fun too. I pass it around work. my hands feel better August 29, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by an ok workout Extremely hard to start. Once started its a decent work out, but more for the upper arm than the wrist. Honestly, we were going to return it but we lost the receipt. August 26, 2014
