Rated 3.7 out of 5 by 51 reviewers.
Rated 2 out of 5 by an ok workout Extremely hard to start. Once started its a decent work out, but more for the upper arm than the wrist. Honestly, we were going to return it but we lost the receipt. August 26, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great for Exercise 15-20 mins with this and your arms will be burning August 26, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by great product Great for working out and toning your forearms, wrist, and grip August 1, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by my dynaflex will not spin correctly I have bought three separate dynaflex pro gyro balls my two broke with in the first day i had to take the first on right back and the other one i think broke while i was in the store but still need to take it back to get another one or i might just use the one i bought my wife to use. i just hope my wifes last for a while. i would just hope this product can hold up over time rather then break with-in the first day or so. Rated 5 out of 5 by Works like a Charm Many negative reviews on here because they can't get it to work...please don't confuse that with being a bad product. There is a trick to it but when you get the hang of it, it works so well. I use it for golfing, volleyball, softball, drumming/music, and pistol shooting. My hands and arms have never felt better. Rated 1 out of 5 by ONE Star Sorry - would not endorse this product to friend. There just wasn't enough challenge or felt any acomplishment after trying it several times. June 15, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by DYNAFLEX POWERBALL! I love my dynaflex powerball. It's very convenient and I can use it just about anywhere. It's not a toy it's a piece of work out equipment. You can really feel it working. I love to show it off to people, most people don't understand the power that comes out of the little thing. A few minutes into a work out and your arms feel like they are going to give out on you. And you do have to be careful if you lose your grip it will get away from you. It's not cheap plastic but if you lose it and it hits the ground hard enuf it could potentially break. It does have a plastic ring on the inside that helps it spin. it will eventually give out over a long period of time which then would be a good time to upgrade to a stronger powerball. The noise it produces does not bother me, but it could bother some one else. June 12, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by Doesn't seem to work Either it'd rocket science or my friends and I are in too great of shape for this toy June 4, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by Disappointed There's got to be something wrong with it, it's never worked and now it's difficult to even get the ball rolling. May 28, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Works as advertised This gyro ball works exactly as it is advertised. You start the gyro with a pull string and spin it in either hand to work out hands, wrists, and forearms. I've used it for a few weeks and it's still good. May 28, 2014
