Returned it This product looked good, but I returned it. Thought it would be great for my son to throw in his bag - small portable way to add a dimension to his training. But it doesn't work unless you purchase another accessory item - the enclosed ripcord doesn't generate enough speed. You have to buy an external spinning unit. April 23, 2013
hard to start I bought this product to increase strength in my right arm. I've had it for two weeks now and have only gotten it started twice. it works great if you can get it started. April 2, 2013
simple work out device Love this thing. Good for strength training for the wrist and hand. Also takes some practice to get the right motion to keep it spinning or to get it to go faster. the faster you get it the more you have to hold on to it. March 5, 2013
Cool Product The Dynaflex is a cool product and priced reasonably at $8.99. Its great for a lot of wrist and arm muscle strength and toning activities. The informational mini-disc that comes with it is useful. I give it a "Good" rating because it is a bit hard to startup by hand and its a tad noisy to use in a quiet environment. It would be a challenge to use this while the baby is sleeping or in a low volume, multi-user office environment. January 29, 2013
Can't play mini CD I have yet to form an opinion about the Dynaflex Pro Gyro Wrist Excerciser because the instructional CD is a mini CD and I have yet to find a device to play it in. I've tried playing in a Mac book, a PS3. I guess I'll try to find instructions on Youtube. December 31, 2012
Dyna Flex Pro Gyro At first I thought it was going to be a delicious Greek Gyro, but it turns out it's actually a wicked awesome gyro ball designed to strengthen your wrists and forearms. I recommend this product for professional arm wrastlers, tug-o-war participants, and forearm models. It's also handy for everyone else with hands. November 14, 2012
Dynaflex Pro Gyro Wrist Exerciser by Dyn So far this product has functioned as designed. Highly recommend. Someone should share this with the Orthopedic Surgical Community! September 26, 2012
A must for wrist rehabers This is a great dynamic wrist exerciser. It offers full range of motion and resistance at the same time. I am using it for a tennis injury and feel significantly better. It's just the right amount of resistance to exercise without aggravating the injury. I would recommend you get the electric starter, cause it's really hard to get it going without at first. Difficult to start Once you figure out how it works, it really gives your wrist and forearm a great workout. September 10, 2012
Amazing what this little thing can do! I use this little guy at work when reading through spec books. It is amazing how quickly you can feel the burn in your forearms. August 15, 2012
