Rated 5 out of 5 by Dyna Flex Pro Gyro At first I thought it was going to be a delicious Greek Gyro, but it turns out it's actually a wicked awesome gyro ball designed to strengthen your wrists and forearms. I recommend this product for professional arm wrastlers, tug-o-war participants, and forearm models. It's also handy for everyone else with hands. November 14, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Works like a Charm Many negative reviews on here because they can't get it to work...please don't confuse that with being a bad product. There is a trick to it but when you get the hang of it, it works so well. I use it for golfing, volleyball, softball, drumming/music, and pistol shooting. My hands and arms have never felt better. Rated 4 out of 5 by simple work out device Love this thing. Good for strength training for the wrist and hand. Also takes some practice to get the right motion to keep it spinning or to get it to go faster. the faster you get it the more you have to hold on to it. March 5, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by DYNAFLEX POWERBALL! I love my dynaflex powerball. It's very convenient and I can use it just about anywhere. It's not a toy it's a piece of work out equipment. You can really feel it working. I love to show it off to people, most people don't understand the power that comes out of the little thing. A few minutes into a work out and your arms feel like they are going to give out on you. And you do have to be careful if you lose your grip it will get away from you. It's not cheap plastic but if you lose it and it hits the ground hard enuf it could potentially break. It does have a plastic ring on the inside that helps it spin. it will eventually give out over a long period of time which then would be a good time to upgrade to a stronger powerball. The noise it produces does not bother me, but it could bother some one else. June 12, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Skeptical at first, believer now. I had known about the gyro wrist exerciser in the past, but didn't believe it could help my elbow pain. I was watching the MLB all-star game, and saw a player using it pre-game. I gave it a try, and for the last two weeks have noticed improvements to my elbow. I can throw the baseball again without pain, and my strength is back. It really works! July 31, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Perfect for trainging your arm The people that have given this a bad review must not have figured out how to use it. This tiny little machine work all of the forearm muscles in 30 seconds or less. Once you get the gyro moving inside you can almost immediately feel the burn. Im coming off of tendonitis in my elbow and my PT guy showed me this. After i first did it not only did the burn feel good, but i liked doing it, it was fun! This is a very simple machine to use, just look at the back of the packaging in order to figure it out and you will be fine. I heard there was one of these for your core, and im off to find that, if this works this well for my arm then i cant imagine what it will do for my abs. Great product!! July 27, 2011
Rated 4 out of 5 by Difficult to start Once you figure out how it works, it really gives your wrist and forearm a great workout. September 10, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by A must for wrist rehabers This is a great dynamic wrist exerciser. It offers full range of motion and resistance at the same time. I am using it for a tennis injury and feel significantly better. It's just the right amount of resistance to exercise without aggravating the injury. I would recommend you get the electric starter, cause it's really hard to get it going without at first. September 14, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by Amazing what this little thing can do! I use this little guy at work when reading through spec books. It is amazing how quickly you can feel the burn in your forearms. August 15, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Shockingly effective I bought this thing on a whim in the hopes that it might help with my newly developed carpel tunnel pain in my wrist and arm. I Played with it for 5 seconds in the parking lot after buying it and thought "What a piece of junk, it doesn't do anything", and I planned on returning it later that day. After I had time to think about it, I realized "hey dummy, you should read the instructions first before you label this thing as garbage". I did, and man am I glad I gave it a second chance! Once you take the time to LEARN how to use the ball you'll be amazed at how effective it is. After about 10 minutes working each arm I felt like I'd done several sets of heavy dumb-bell curls at the gym. And best of all the pain in my right arm is gone. Love this thing!! July 3, 2011
