Grip and forearm squeeze exerciser Product has a good spring which should keep a good amout of resistance for a long time. My only complaint is that the rubber covering on the fingertip handle is not tightly glued or snug and tends to rotate on the front half of the device. January 29, 2013

will not buy this product again. really enjoyed them but I had 2 of them to break within a 90 day period,to include the 1 that I had exchanged approximately 3 to 4 weeks ago,unfortunately I threw out the receipt because I did not think a second one would break so soon.I uesd them 6 days a week and did enjoy using them before I had 2 of them to break.
