Great for beginner Good gloves, Good price , Great fit, light weight, 12 oz., Very comfortable. April 4, 2012
you get what you pay for If you are interested in cardio/fitness based boxing (e.g., punching into the air and minimal bag work) then these gloves should do the job. If you are interested in doing bag work (heavy bag of 100 -150 lbs) I recommend getting a more substantially padded glove with adequate wrist support. Specifically I would recommend a bag glove. Likewise, if you are interested in sparring, you will need at least a 16 oz sparring glove. I find this glove offers minimal protection and it seems to be made rather cheaply. You may want to opt for a full grain leather glove rather than some vinyl and mesh product. August 16, 2011
