Great for sparring
Most of my daughters' sparring gear is another brand, however, we needed punching/kicking mitts in a pinch for a very large tournament and decided to try Everlast and we were pleased with them. They work very well for punching, wouldn't recommend them for repetitive high impact kicking, however, not really thick enough for that.

These mitts are excellent
My two nephews use these mitts to spar. They are well padded but light to move quickly. They are not overly big, size wise so you have to think about the target. A good learning tool. The ONLY negative is that the wearer gets sweaty hands quickly. Perhaps a small mesh area could be added to the back of the hand hold.

sturdy, fit great.
These gloves fit well, unlike similar gloves which can be very loose, and can easily slip off. These fit snuggly, and the padding is substantial to protect hands. These gloves can withstand quite a beating.

great for MMA or boxing
I am an MMA instructor and use these pads at the gym for my students. The best thing about them is they're so well constructed, you'll never feel a thing when you're getting hit. Also there's a soft lining on the inside so your hand isn't just rubbing against rubber or plastic. They're very comfortable and easy to use.

Perfect for both punches and kicks
I purchased this product as a birthday gift for my son, he uses them with his sparing partner for both kicks and punches so tells me that they are perfect for this purpose. The product arrived on time and in great condition. I know how hard he is on his athletic gear after all these years and for him to be happy with this product makes me happy and should make both Dick's sporting goods and Everlast happy.

Great product for MMA and kickboxing!
I purchased this for my 21 yo son for kickboxing and Mma training He uses it daily in his sparring and loves the fit and comfort. He tells me the material holds up well and really enjoys putting them through the rigor of tough training.

Doesn't Take a beating too well
I use this product to train for kickboxing. It's very good because it's molded to fit my hands however after a couple of kicks and punches, the filling starts to come out. I've had it for about 6 months and it's still good and now the filling doesn't come out. Maybe it just happens initially then it stops, but I haven't noticed anymore leakage. Overall good pads!
