Very good quality speed bag swivel...
Swivel assembly mounts easily to a plywood panel for speed bag use. Only minor flaws to the base plate encountered (burrs were found on some of the base plate bolt holes openings and required removal prior to installation...easily remedied though). I'd also recommend lubricating the bearing swivel joint with an aerosol grease prior to mounting it.

Outstanding
I train A LOT and my equipment gets thoroughly abused. I recently purchased a used, 3 bag station by Everlast. It came equipped with the economy speed bag swivel that I destroyed in about 5 days. This thing has been going strong for a few weeks with absolutely no signs of wear. It is considerably more expensive to put this swivel together with a quality bag and mount. For a beginner or anyone on a budget, your money would be better spent on other equipment. I have even done baton training just to see if it would hold up and it did. I would definitely recommend or purchase this item again.
