A great buy and excellent construction..
The Thai Pad (and no it's not a Asian dish...lol) is great for MMA/Martial Arts training. The two-grip holders in the back make it ideal for kicks and even punches. The price is reasonable but the construct/stitching is superb! I think this pad will last a very long time.

garbage!
I train in muay thai these pads lasted two weeks before the handels broke apart and stitching started to come apart... maybe good kids product but if you can REALLY kick don't buy this junk...also the filler material offers weird bounce back while training....just didnt like them
