Too heavy!
Perfect just what i wanted the diameter of the holes are a little too big, but they are 45 lb. Olympic weights

Good plate!

It gets the job done
It doesn't match the same size in diameter or width as my other 45 pound plates. However, for a serious home weightlifter, it gets the job done for an inexpensive price.

BEST WIEGHT IN ALL OF HISTORY!!!
I use wieght many times for purpose of physical fitness. it is only wieght i own. it is very nice. made of real metal. it fit on end of bar and i lift it many times.i believe it would be much better if i had two. [*]someday i will be best olympic lifter for american team. i love america!
