Honesty in Advertising
I bought two of these, and they met my stringent requirements for honesty in advertising. :)
Product states...
it weighs 25 lbs: Check.
it is made of cast iron: Check.
What else can you say? It's a plate.

Good and Useful Product
I am impressed with this plate's diversity. The picture shows a solid plate but the one's that I bought have three cutouts so that they can be carried more easily but also can be used in Kettlebell type exercises, Dumbbell exercises, and I am sure other creative ways. The reason I bought the type I did was for that simple reason. In the past I bought the standard plates and they work fine but the cutout one's are simply more versatile.

Solid and dependable
I have a few fitness gear weights and needed a 25 lb'er, so I waited to get this one on sale at Dick's online. It was buy one get one free around cyber week. Fitness gear holds up and works well. The feel of the plate is smoother than York's too.
