lightwight, camping, hunting approved great knife for the price. would use it camping, hunting, everyday use. Only thing its missing to include is a pocket clip, but otherwise great gerber and lightweight. March 12, 2013
Great knife The knife itself is a great and sturdy knife with no blade play. The problem is when you close it it doesn't completely close an the tip sticks out a bit. The sheath was quite disappointing thought because it couldn't fit the knife and booklet comfortably and the little pocket ripped which prevents the knife to go in smoothly. March 11, 2013
Good value I purchased this knife to have a decent quality sturdy folding knife. I purchased this one due to the reviews and agree, this is a good knife for the money. There are higher quality knives out there but for much more money and not much more quality. This knife fits in my hand well and appears to be well made. I gave it 4 stars on quality only because it is a little hard to release the lock for folding it back in. Otherwise I am sold. January 5, 2013

Knife for eleven year old boy This product is easy to open and close. It is just right for an eleven year old boy to feel like he has a knife! He uses it outside to cut things down (small branches and most anything else he feels needs cutting!)and when he goes hunting he takes it with him. October 16, 2012
Excellent back up knife for the field. This is my 2nd Gerber and I needed it for hunting. It will be my back up for the nice skinning knife I have and use on big game.
