Just rubber bands Since they were only $10, I bought two pairs. After opening one and squeezing on it I got suspicious that there wasn't anything besides rubber in these things... And sure enough, after slicing and dicing it, there's nothing in them. Check out the picture I attached. These are just $10 rubber bands. I'll be taking the unopened package back. December 25, 2012

It Really Works Both my husband and myself are fighting with old sports injuries like tennis elbow and he has a little arthritis in his thumb so we tried these negative ion bands based on a recommendation from my yoga instructor. We were very skeptical but have to admit that the pain disappears after we've had the bands on for about 5 minutes. Honest! My husband also has neuropathy (pain, tingling & numbness) in his feet so he tried ankle-sized bracelets and voila! He's able to sleep better at night. Give these negative ion bands a try.
