Ok Need to call company because one of the straps are wrong... May 8, 2013
Pretty Good, Yet Seemingly Unstable I purchased this bike rack today (5/6/2013) from the Dick's Sporting Goods in Odenton, MD. I pulled it out of the box, and I could tell that installation was pretty straight-forward. It seems pretty durable. There is enough space to hold two bikes on there. My only issue, is it seems insecure. I have a 2010 Nissan Versa hatchback. I was having an issue with the rack rocking from side to side, and it seemed like it was about to fall. I had to pull over twice to readjust the rack, and tighten the straps. Maybe I am just a bit paranoid, but I think it would be better to have two vertical arms on it, instead of just one. I think if they were to design it as such, it would stay pretty well put. All-in-all, I cannot say that I am displeased with the product. May 6, 2013
install was easy Was very happy with how easy it was to install it on my car. April 16, 2013
This is pretty stable on the my hatchback. First bike rack ever so took only two tries to get the angle right so the bikes were very secure (the bikes themselves were secure in their cradles, it was the angle and tightness of the straps that I'm meaning). My own bike is a hybrid so the angle it fits on the rack is a little off to begin with but it doesn't shift on my car at all once it's on ;) April 2, 2013
Good product This bike rack works great. It was exactly what we needed. April 2, 2013
