not-so-much I thought the product look great in the store, with lots of possibilities. However, when I tried to attach the holder to my chair, there was no way it was going on without breaking the handle. September 2, 2014
Can companion beverage holder Fits in my wide body Jon boat snuggly.A great product if you need to have a place for your beverage and do no t have cup holder s. August 27, 2014
Didn't fit my kayak The can-panion didn't work with my kayak. The rim of my kayak hull was wider than the can-panion can accommodate. It did fit a friend's kayak fine and will work on most canoes. August 19, 2014
Held my can We have a canoe trip that consists of anywhere from 14 to 42 buddies that we grew up with. We have it every year. For years we have rigged holders around our necks etc and then one day I found the answer. It is the Can-coctions Can-panion. This thing is LEGIT. August 19, 2014
Great while it lasted I actually used this cup holder for my phone while I was out on the water. It fit my Otterbox-ed iPhone 4 perfectly and kept it out of the way yet easily accessible. Everything was going swimmingly until I hit a patch of rapids on the river, flipped my kayak, and lost this little guy downstream. Luckily I had moved my phone to my dry box when we saw the rough waters ahead, so no great loss there, but the cup holder itself was long gone. Anyway, I definitely recommend this accessory and will be buying another to replace my original, for the price you can't go wrong. July 11, 2014
canoeing trip We purchased these can-coctions for our canoe trip down Black Water River in Milton, FL. It stayed where we attached them on the canoe and worked great. It also holds bottled water as well as cans. July 9, 2014
It's handy and convenient I'd give it a full 5 stars but I wish it was more sturdy. I put a large cup of soda from sheetz in it and it sagged tremendously. If it was a bit more ruggid and sturdy it'd be a full 5. Other then that, very convenient, easy to place wherever you'd like. Maybe a soda can or smaller cup would be better next time. I'd still recommend it to anyone that needs a cup holder on the go. A lot of my kayak buddies use them as well. July 9, 2014
sturdy! Fastens right on the edge of the canoe. Took out a branch with it and it didn't break. Caution: my friends canoe has lip on the outside of boat and didn't fasten very well on theirs. July 9, 2014
Serves its purpose We needed something to hold our drinks while canoing. It worked well and seems like it will hold up for many more adventures. It was hard to remove from the boat when we loaded back up, but that's what you're looking for when you're on the water so I wouldn't count that as a negative. Held cans and solo cups just fine the entire trip. July 9, 2014
Not good for my kayak Didn't work for what I wanted. Wanted it for water bottle for easy access in kayak July 8, 2014
