2 years and still no isssues I have this model as a Healthrider H140, same machine, different branding. I put it together in about 2 hours and have used it 3-4 times a week and had to tighten one of the arms after one year, and the creaking noise went away. It is solid and holding up as I expected. Stay away from ProForm! I purchased my elliptical from Dicks, got it home to find it did not work. Dicks refused to help, trade out the machine or assist in any way. I contact Proform, wait on hold for 45 minutes then get a message to leave my number for a call back. Did not receive the call. Called back FIVE times! Finally received a call 3 hours after I left the message. Where they told me they couldn't do anything but sell me the parts i needed. I urge you all to stay away from Icon health and fitness products! They do not stand by their products or their customers! February 23, 2012
