pro form has multiple issues. not good ones. thier customer service is terrible
I bought a pro form eliptical 2 yrs ago. The front end movable parts were bushing shaft design. They had to be greased often or they made a annoying squeel squeek. I called to order new parts last week. To them a set of bushings is only 1. When i received the shippment it only had 1 bushing from each front end axis, and i shaft. Cost was 78$. It said on invoice it was a set of each bushing. A set is not 1. So according to them if i were to order all ti would cost almost 300$. this is a joke. Trying to call them on the phone is another issue. since 2/18/13 when i first tried to order parts i have been on hold with them for over 2.5 hrs. last night alone was 1hr 40 min. Dont waste your money with this company. they dont care.

Bad construction
I bought a Proform elliptical in March of 2010 and have to have it repaired 3 times since then. Finally, it is not able to be repaired [...] I do not recommend the Proform ellipticals.
