DO NOT BUY FROM PROFORM We bought the ProForm Power treadmill from Proform.com and couldn't be unhappier. When putting together the treadmill we found out that there were pieces missing from the box. After calling Proform to get the issue resolved the wanted to charge us for the parts (saying most likely we lost them) and charge extra for the shipping of the parts. I've never been more unsatisfied in my life. We have contacted the Better Business Bureau to try and get the issue resolved. We even bought the 4 year extended warranty. I recommend going with a different brand altogether. January 23, 2013
