Perfect fit for some Diamondback bikes, too!
A DSG bikes associate helped me choose this kickstand for my Diamondback Vital 2 and Edgewood bikes. There is a bolt hole in the center of the bike frame for these bikes, and the kickstand mounts there. You do not need the top bracket when installing on these: just position the stand under the frame and bolt on from the top side. Installed in 5 minutes. Perfect!

This product did not have the plastic cap as listed in the picture.
Product was on clearance and none of them left on the shelf came with the plastic cap for extra support. Did not realize until we installed it on the bike. It works but be careful if you are using a bike rack on a car.

Good, but not great kickstand
I bought this to replace a broken kickstand on a Schwinn Sierra gsd Comfort bike I purchased used. The best things about this kickstand are that it is not steel, it was easy to install and it was readily available when I needed it. On the down side, it was not clearly marked so getting the correct length for my bike was a chalenge. I had to uninstall it to re-cut because I was afraid to cut it too short the first time. The calibrated markings were not legible...

Replacement for training wheels
I bought this to put it on my son's 16" bike after removing his training wheels. It works great, just be aware that you need to cut the aluminum to the correct length for a kid's bike. An angle grinder works gtreat, or a hack saw would do the trick. Construction is solid, and the kickstand stays put in the folded position while he is riding,
