Poor distance & performance
I was very disappointed with this golf ball. In fact, the Duo, made by the same company and selling for half the price, is a much better ball. The tour ball does not peform well for distance of the tee, spin control on the greens, and is too soft off the putter. An overall disappointment.

Great ball - distance & stops
The FG Tour is everything the Pro V1 is for a better price & value. The ball flies, sounds great coming off the club & stops on the greens. It has a soft feel for putting & short-game too. The FG also holds up well, & it will get you through a full 18-holes. I did have the impression that it discolored from the grass, on occasion. You also can't beat the prompt shipping from Dick's internet purchase/order ... got the balls withing 2-days.

Excellent tour-quality golf ball
The FG Tour golf ball from Wilson is just as good, if not better, than many of its competitors in the crowded golf ball market. The urethane cover is very durable and the ball has tremendous feel around the greens without sacraficing distance. The price is competitive with other tour-quality balls from other manufacturers. If I had one complaint, it is that it is hard to find at golf courses or golf shops.
