Customer Reviews:

Wilson Blade 98 BLX Tennis Racquet 4 5 1 1
Wilson. Blade 98: a good racquet As a 4.0 player, I utilize spin, control and power; this racquet comes thru on spin, control and, surprizingly power too. I purchased my first Wilson Blade 98 3 years ago, was happy, and now I have two. I strung this one more on the power side (closer to the 50 psi than the 60 psi , the range Wilson recommends) (Note: the lower the range (50) the higher the power, the higher the range, the more control you get). Dicks reps did a good job in explaining the racquet differences and the frame arrived is just days; very good. They even got the handle size correct! And the Dicks rep showed me various string types; I went for the best this time. He was good in his explanation. My complaint is with Wilson: If someone springs for a few hundred bucks for a racquet and strings, can't you include a racquet cover with the Wilson name on it. Come on Wilson, where's the matching cover?!!!!!! Like the last Wilson Blade I got, I'm left on my own to search for a cover and a tennis bag. Dick's had none: Come on Wilson! December 22, 2013
