The items wear well and wash excellent. Was a good buy!

Looks Cool
The arm band looks pretty cool, it helps extenuate your muscle. It may prevent slight slight sweat from happening but they don't really server a functional purpose. Also the package was labeled as a wrist band and not a bicep band.
