Not worth the money!
Used reel one day , hard to ajust , many backlashes , printing for ajustment dial coming off! Reel not worth the money , buy a pinnacle or a Lews. Disapointed with the quality of this reel.

GREAT REEL
I set the reel according to the other owners suggestions, set the lure accordingly, casted as hard as I could, the lure went out 40 yards or more , the spool stopped when the lure made contact with the surface of the water, NO BACKLASH....perfect. Casted with my eyes closed...perfect. I have many high end reels and this is as good or better as the expensive BIG name brands. I will buy another.

Quantum escalade hd
I have seen mixed emotions about this reel on the internet. Most of which have not been good. My purchase was in my mind a great one. So far I have not had any reel issues with it. (Haha)... Once I got the brakes set the way I wanted them, it has preformed flawless. I paired the reel with the Abu Garcia Vendetta 7' medium action rod with power pro 10lb braid. Feels great!

work horse
This reel is a work horse.Cosmetics are great.The highspeed retrieve is a good fit.
It may seem small to large hands but don't let that fool you it can take a beating and come for more as long as its taken care of.

Great Reel and smooth casting!
This reel is one of the best I have bought. Use it for deep cranks and shallow cranks and it works great. I'm probably going to have to get another due to the sweet action this one has.

smooth reeling
This reel has a very smooth feeling to it, when I used it for the first time I was so impressed with the casting and retrieving of line. I would recommend this product to everyone.

Worth every penny.
I paired this with a St. Croix rod and the combo was great. This reel delievers on its claims. Adjust the settings and enjoy. You can feel the quality with every cast.

Followup Review #3
So I returned the reel to Dicks since I was still within the 90 day return window and they took it back without issue. Kudos to Dicks for a great return policy. I was able to replace it with an Abu SilverMax (I have an older model that has been a true workhorse for me).

Best Keep Secret
Do alot of bass fishing in small lakes and ponds from the shore and use to carry several rods with me for differant types of lures. Took this reel out and it worked great with a 4" berkley swim shad as well as a KVD 1.0 crankbait. I plan to purchase another one and set it up for lighter line and then I will only be carrying two rod and reels with me from now on.
