Stays where you need it!
I've had other balls, and used other balls in various fitness facilities, but I've never had one with internal weights. The weights keep the ball in place as you get onto or off of it, as well ask keeping it there with you while you are working out with other equipment.
One of the things that has always annoyed me is that the balance balls would roll off while I was working with other equipment and I'd have to chase it down when the time came to use it again. No more, the ball stay put. I highly recommend it.
My only complaint about it is that they didn't put a one-way valve on it. It's like the olden days when you had to block the valve to keep the air from rushing out as attempted to close it with the plug.

Great product
The balance ball was just what my chiropractor ordered. Needed this item for home exercises my chiropractor had given me to do. This balance ball filled the need perfectly and my daughter enjoys playing with it ("exercising") as well.

Shape of the ball is not round
The other reviews were helpful and the weight inside this ball was a factor in purchasing a new one. I'm hoping I just got a deffective one and can exchange it for a round ball. Mine is very egg shaped and just very strange looking. I don't think this is normal. (I have another exercise ball - and that one is definitely round.)

Great buy
So far we have been really happy with this ball. It has not lost any air even after being used by a 5'8" female and 6'4" male. The weight makes it really easy to use as it doesn't roll around. I would definitely recommend it.

Exchanged for 75mm size...
No complains about the product - but at 6' 2", and intended use as occasional desk chair replacement, I found the 65mm size too small. Purchased online; returned at store with purchase of the 75mm size, which works fine to avoid static sitting at work for long periods. I'll spend 30-45 min. at a time swapping my desk chair for the ball. Iron pellets do keep the ball stationary.

A size for everyone
When I went to buy an exercise ball, I was surprised and impressed that they make different sizes for different sized people. I bought the right size for me and it works great. Comes with a hand pump, but I used a small air compressor to air mine up and I would recommend that. Also, the no roll away feature is kind of cool so it won't knock something over when you're not looking Enjoy!

Love this product
I didn't even realize that there is a one pound weight in the ball, but that is a benefit. I have arthritis in my knee and just finished with PT. An exercise that they required me to do involved using a 65cm ball. So that is why I purchased this to maintain my exercises for my knee and I love it. Also having the weight in the ball is beneficial to me and my knee because the ball can't easily get away from me...lol
