fitness ball
I've had this brand for 5 plus years, this purchase was so I could have one at my 2nd home. Long lasting and holds the air well.

New work desk chair
I am using my new ball as a work desk chair. I absolutely love it - I would have to say that it is not for everybody - I was able to use it from day 1 and it improved my posture and my back aches - but if you do not have a strong core you might need to use it only a couple hours per day in the beginning until you have the hang of it.

SMALL BALL
If you are looking for a large ball, don't buy it. Size is wrong on the box. It actually is smaller than my medium ball. Actual size is closer to 57cm.

Returned
When I inflated the ball it was really small. Either the package was miss marked or it's a misleading product. I even opened a box at the store. I think this is just a very small ball.

Instructions are terrible
For such a simple product it would seem that if the instructions say "Inflate the ball to recommended size and fitness", they would give you the recommendations. Dr. Wrights web sit promotes her greatness but offers no support for the products she endorses. But does PUSH her books. She should be embarrassed!

It is what it says
Being a male of some 300 lbs. I was skeptical about the ball being able to support me, but I was pleased to find it did and allowed me to what I wanted to do with it as part of my exercise routine. Hoping to continue using it for many years to come.

Really Happy with this product
I use this balance ball as a seat at my computer at home. While I am sitting at the computer, I am working on my core, my posture and my legs. I am not tall but purchased the size for taller people because I knew I wanted to use it as a seat. The fact that it has pellets inside for weights, helps keep it from rolling when I get up from the computer,
