IT-Band Saver!!
I purchased the flexibility roller a few weeks before my marathon. I had been having IT-band tightness and pain and the flexibility roller really helped me out! The day of my race I had no issues with my IT band or others areas; I have the roller to thank. The price was great too. I had been to other sporting stores and had seen similar items, but this was a better deal.

Best thing ever
My wife gave this to me as a birthday gift and I'm so glad that she did! It relaxes the tension out of it bands and also other leg muscles.

How did I ever live without one?
I got this for an IT Band issue, but now I use it after every run and sometimes on my off days too. My muscles don't get sore at all anymore! No more ice baths for me!
