Great mat
Have used it a couple of times with P90X and it works well.

Not good Quality
This mat started to breakdown after the first use. It?s basically only good for stretching on it barefoot. Don't wear sneakers as the mat will start to tear apart. I wish I could return it but unfortunately it is out of the packaging.

CANCER CAUSING YOGA MAT
I found this warning on the receipt for my yoga mat: "You have purchased an item that contains a chemical known to the state of CA to cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm." I brought this to the attention of a store manager but he was unconcerned. I am appalled that Dick's would sell such a product.

mat not worth the money
mat is to thin to provide any comfort on a gym floor. spend the extra money and buy a thicker mat.

Yoga mat
I chose this yoga mat because I had been using my daughter's. They are both 5 mm thick so I thought they would be the same but they are not. This one is slippery even with the waffle texture on it and has no support. If I kneel on hers, there is no indent, but just finger pressure leaves an indent on this one. I found if I use her yoga towel on top of this it is bearable but I should have just found a better mat. I wish they were displayed so they could be tested like golf clubs, baseball mitts, etc.

Good deal, average product
The price for the product was good. Really happy that it came with a holding strap so I didn't have to spend $30 on a yoga bag! I wish the mat was a little thicker. I was expecting better in that aspect.

Disappointed
I have used this product four times and already it has three significant holes in it. I have only used it for sit ups and lower back work. I haven't stepped on the mat once and yet it already has holes. I agree the material is non-slip but the fact that I now have holes in a new product and pieces of blue rubber/foam to clean up after each workout on my floor I don't like.

Nothing good or bad about this product. It does what it is supposed to and is reasonably priced. all you can really ask for
