Not that good
The bottles wiggle way too much. Wiggly bottles are the problem with hydration belts. However, my previous hydration belt had bottles which wiggled much less. If you place the belt on the floor, the bottles will just fall out.

great for long runs
bought this to help stay hydrated and fueled for my long runs. i also needed space to hold my iphone since i don't have a garmin yet. the front pouch holds the iphone, gu and carmex! water bottles drip a little as other reviewers have said, but not bad. slippage of belt not horrible. i twist the belt a bit off center when running so my left arm won't rub on the one bottle. overall, very helpful on the runs over about 8 miles.

Serves its purpose
I only use it once a week when running my long runs but it does what it's supposed to do. The bottles are positioned so they aren't in the way of my running. I don't always get the top pushed all the way back down so I slosh myself with water sometimes. I'm not sure if that's me or the product but I think that the top could be improved some.

Exactly what I was looking for
I was running with a camelback type product for long runs but it was hot and just not comfortable for me. With 4 10oz containers, this belt is perfect for both short or long runs is lighter than the other pack I was using and the pocket has three separate compartments for gel packs, keys and other small items. I would recommend it to everyone

Great even for runs up to 12 miles
I use it for runs, and I think it is perfect.

Had to make some adjustments
I had some of the same issues as other people, but was able to fix them and now I love the belt. It kept getting loose while running, I put a safety pin on each side so it won't slide through the buckle. I don't have to adjust it any more. With the cap leaking, all you need to do is tighten the lid, and then tighten it a little more and it won't leak.

Had to make adjustments, but love it now
I had the same problem as others with the belt loosening while running. I put a safety pin in so it won't loosen through the buckle, it fits great now, I didn't have to tighten it once on my last run. I also had the problem of leaking. I read elsewhere that if you tighten the lid really tight, it won't leak. That is true. I tightened it to where I thought it was tight, and then twister a little more, the bottles didn't leak. I went from hating this belt to being very satisfied with it from the changes I made.

just ok
After the adjustment to fit your waist, when the bottles are full the belt keeps slipping bigger due to the weight of the bottles. Also the tops of bottles leak when full. The pocket in back is nice and has 3 sections for fuel, money, tunes ect, but I would not buy this again

Adjustable straps are awesome
This is a good water belt, I had a nike one that was too large for my waist. This belt has adjustable buckles on both sides of the belt and can be adjusted on the fly.
