A very good ball for the price.It's great off the tee,fairways and into the greens. Nice feel and sound off the putter.Why pay for a so called "premium" ball when this ball is just as good. Forget your ego fellow golfers, try it and you won't look back.

Bombs Away
Love this ball! I play regularly with friends and poke it 30yds past them off the tee when I used to suck hind teet. Feels great and very durable. I actually found the first one I played and was sold. Every PRO-V1 I find I give to my "ball snob" buddies.
Coupled with my Callaway Razr Fit Extreme I have added sick distance to my tee shots.
Bottom line...say what you want about Wilson but they got it right with this ball!

Excellent Value Low-Compression Ball
Wilson Staff 50 Elite balls are a great value for a very durable, low-compression golf ball. Soft feel around the greens and remarkable distance for slower swing speeds. I will continue to use these balls on a regular basis.

Pleasantly surprised
This ball is a wonderful surprise and has to be the best deal on the planet. As a struggling 8 handicap, I felt like my "game" didn't deserve a $4 ProV1x or TaylorMade TP5 plus the weather was getting cooler. Putting took about 10 minutes to adjust to and I managed to play 1 ball for a full 18 holes. It looked better than I thought after 82 recorded touches. Nice bright white color and very few rough spots. My only "grip" is that I have to order them since my local stores don't stock them. DSG picks up shipping(if you order from a store) and the balls arrived in less than a week. I just ordered 4 dozen more and plan to "spread the word" with my group. I won't know for months how this ball will act in 90 degree weather, but I will certainly try it out.

Great ball
Played this ball today. Got sleeve from brother in law. Shot lowest score ever. Ball was very straight off tee. Not the longest but straight. Stopped on a dime on greens. Figured it was high end ball til checking online.
I play once a week. 14 hc.

This product is the best. will play no other.
I used this ball for the first time on oct.27 2012. and absolutely loved it. Great distance and fell was outstanding. Will only use the 50 series from now own. thanks Wilson Staff.

A Great Value Ball
I bought this ball to use with my Hickory Driver and Hickory Spoon. These clubs are made of persimmon and often can be dented with high compression balls or ball covers that are hard. What I like about this ball is that it is really soft and durable when hit with a Niblick or Mashie Niblick. It is great for putting as well. It fells like butter when you put it and it instills great confidence. Even though it is a low compression ball, I have not lost any distance with it even when I hit it with my modern metal clubs. The price is so reasonable on this ball, I plan to buy two more dozen for both my hickory and modern play.
