the bands are too long so I strapped it to a pole and ran after a couple weeks the band snapped and cut my back of . sliced right through my skin they are lucky it wasn't severe and I didn't sue

The bands are ridiculously long. I am 6'3" and have to do wide splits before I encounter any resistance. Whoever designed these bands apparently never bothered to try them to see if they actually worked. Very disappointing because the build quality is excellent..

The bands are way too long. You basically need to do the splits before you start to get any resistance. Its too bad because otherwise the engineering ideas of the cuffs and the clips are great.

I used these bands, and realized all bands are not created equal. The bands are way too long, therefore you only get activation of resistance half way thru the movement. Use "Fitness Stride", same concept but 10x better. Now I see why Fitness Stride is always sold out.
