Not Bad For Mini Tasks
I use this thing when I'm doing Circuit Training at the gym. I like that I can time each SET for 2-minutes, and then time each REST for up to 120 seconds also. I like that this timer keeps my heart rate up. The only bad thing it that the timing intervals are too close for other types of exercises. For other things the Timer on my I-Phone works better.

I use the timer to time therapist ordered eye exercises. It works perfectly...

Not good for HIIT type training
This timer's smallest intervals were 1 min for drill and 30 seconds for rest. So, it won't work for Tabata type workouts.

Would not buy
Not at all what I expected, my fault for not researching it better. Very limited as far as settings for intervals or sets. I wish I could send it back, and get one with more settings.

exactly what I needed A very good tool!
Doing sets of stairclimbers.Also stretching exercises.I like the option of the vibration because of loud music you cannot always hear the buzzer.I wish it had an even longer set time so I could get a full set of weightlifting exercises in, not long enough for back bis tris and chest.It does push you to keep going.
