Rated 2 out of 5 by High Hops Nobody Under 6 foot should buy. If you are under 6' 0" tall than you should under no circumstance buy this product. I am 5' 9" and when I put this on and jumped, there was absolutly no resistence at all. Also, this product is not worth [$]0. It is a 6 piece set that doesn't work unless you aretall enough. I would not recommend this product to anybody that is trying to increase their vertical leap. July 15, 2012
Rated 3 out of 5 by Gar001 Great starter for resistance band training I bought this product to incorporate with my plyometric training. I am 5'10 athletic build and the trainer does its job of adding resistance to my exercises. I recommend this product to anyone who is interested in resistance band training. I do believe the trainer would be a great starter kit for anyone of any age to start their process of increasing their vert. The waist strap slightly pulls on your core/back when the bands are attached, but I'm sure that will go away when strength in core/back/legs have adjusted. June 10, 2015

Rated 5 out of 5 by Taco1983 Must wear correctly. Wear the belt while you are walking around, jogging, or running. When you remove the belt the muscles have been conditioned and toned. When you can spend all day walking around your house, the mall, the store (etc.) and you no longer notice the added resistance and having the bands on becomes second nature too you, might take a week. Remove it and test your jumping then. You'll notice a huge improvement in your jumping. Jumping while wearing it is a little pointless and not really using it correctly. Testing your improved jumping when you cant even walk around casually with the belt on is a waste of time. August 8, 2014
