Don't be fooled
this product is not a bad alternative to using a sled, but don't believe for a second that it will work anchored to a stationary object. From the time you get tension on the chord to the time the nylon coating around the chord becomes tight you will get about two steps, and anything after that you will throw your back out. You have to be using it with a partner. If you simply slip it through the belt loop, and fasten both ends to the handle, it works quite well. The belt is also a descent weight lifting belt if you're in a pinch!

Great with one exception
This is a great tool for resistance training. We use it regularly in track practice. The only drawback is the person providing resistance doesn't have good support... If you are holding with your hands the material is likely to give you blisters. If you are using it around your waist it rubs the skin pretty bad. We are getting a water ski handle and I think that will make this exercise tool perfect.

Great for Anybody
I strap this to the tow hitch of my truck and can do a complete speed workout and multidirectional strength session without leaving my driveway. My wife even likes it.

Good resistance/assistance trainer
Good for multi-directional training. Change of direction training. Resisted running when you don't have a training partner
