Very disappointed in this one particular purchase This review is actually about the first pair of these exact boots that I bought my daughter for Christmas. We have quite a few pairs of Uggs and have never had problems. The second time that my daughter wore them she noticed a hole in the seam of one. For $200, that was unacceptable. We had no problem returning them and then just reodered them. Hopefully these will be fine. I was also disappointed when attempting to buy them the first time. I had a 25% off Friends and Family coupon but while the store carried the exact boots in black and chestnut, they did not carry them in gray. I had to order them online and was not allowed to use the coupon. I feel that was unfair considering the other colors were carried in the store. If it had been a totally online product, I could understand. Other stores will order things online for you at the store and give you the discount. January 9, 2013
