Rated 4.4 out of 5 by 15 reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great product! I bought two of these at Christmas for my boyfriend, and he started using them immediately. They hold the heat while staying cool to the touch on the outside. Though intended for camping use, he commented on how they are perfect for year-round use. I recently bought two more for him as gifts at a later date. March 11, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by great for cold-weather camping/backpacking This sleeping bag liner was very effective in keeping my daughter and I warm during a November backpacking trip. We used it in conjunction with our 20-degree (I sleep cold) and 30-degree mummy bags and were more comfortable than we are during a much warmer early-fall, mid-spring camping trip. Really did the trick. November 19, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great for camping Purchased 2 of these for webelos summer camp. Great product, better than using the provided plastic cup. Kept hot hot and cold cold. Would recommend. August 13, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great They worked great. My hands did not get burned when dealing with hot liquids. July 29, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by NIce cup We won't be using this cup until a backpack trip scheduled in July. But...It was just what the wife wanted and she got it. So this being being said, she is very happy we bought it. May 13, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by my mistake insulated mugs do not heat water well on a campstove, as a cup used for hot beverages it kept the heat in well. I would not purchase this item again, nor recommend it for backpacking. May 6, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Good enough for me to buy four! Ease of cleaning. Excellent construction. Good capacity. Feels good. April 29, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Love'n the cup!! Awesome cup for camping. Kept my coffee at temp!!! April 16, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by Poor construction Bought this mug for a backpacking trip. Dipped it in a creek to make my second cup of coffee and the handle fell off. Managed to retrieve the cup (it wasn't a fast, metal-shearing creek by any means) and continued to use it sans handle because it's double-walled, which is the only thing keeping me from giving this a single star rating. Wasn't able to clip it to my pack on the way out, though, which was a pain. I will attempt to solder it back on, but that's not really the kind of thing I should have to do after a single use. Rated 5 out of 5 by The tin cup has evolved The reason a metal cup isn't good for camping is because when you pour hot coffee in it, the cup gets so hot it will burn your lips with the first sip. Once the cup is cooled enough to drink from, the coffee isn't hot anymore. What to do? Quit being a wimp. OR: buy an insulated metal cup, one that's lightweight, large capacity, durable, shiny, (in case you want to show off), and a good value. It even is large enough that its unlikely to tip over if you can't find a perfectly level place to set it, which is likely if you're anywhere but perfectly flat land. (I never could stand flat land).
