Its OK the line and buoy was the main reason i bought it.The other reason i bought it was because it looks like it comes with a flare gun but it does not. Flashlights a little cheap feeling but i tested to see if it watertight and passed the bucket test. Does come in a decent bailer that it also watertight so dont have to worry about it in case of flips. August 24, 2013
Lousy bailer... All I wanted was a decent bailer. This has a round bottom, and doesn't flex enough to fit the deck of my boat (like a cut off 2 liter bottle would). I already had a whistle, flashlight, and rope. I just wanted a good bailer, it is the one thing it the 'kit' I might have used. But a good bailer, this ain't! July 17, 2012
A Must for all small craft owners! This product is a must for all owners of small crafts and satisfies a number of requirements. May 8, 2012
Do not buy this This is not even comforting. A cheap flashlight that barely reaches five feet from the lens, a whistle that you can get for a quarter at [...] and a rope with a float ball? All in a semi-waterproof can for what reason I cannot fathom. Nothing in it that would really help in an emergency. Please take this out of your catalogue for the good of your reputation.
