Great piece of gym equipment! Anyone who's tried the P90X program knows it calls for a lot of chin-ups. Those are not easy. This helped me work up to doing them without any assistance. It really helps. Not only can you add or remove bands to increase/decrease resistance, but the length of the strap also makes a difference in how much help you get. Great invention! I love it! way better then a chair i bought this for my wife that can only do 2 pullups now she can do 10+ bought it for p90x2. So if you cant do more then 5 pullups you should get this. Its worth the extra money because it works. I have tried to use a chair before. Doesnt come close to what is offers. June 8, 2012
unnecessary and complicated I returned this immediately and am a little irritated they wouldn't refund my shipping. This product is a complete waste and way too hard to use. I started getting a burn from the strap after two pull ups. A chair serves your purpose much better and cheaper. February 9, 2012
