Best Ab Wheel I've Ever Used!
Targets lower part of the core. Really rips them more than any other wheel I have used in my life. It can be used with feet too! This really gets a good workout on your core going from feet to hands. Best use going back and forth and then side to side with the wheel. Best piece of equipment I have ever bought.

Good strong core product
Sturdy, Easy to construct. Great for abs and core workout or to stretch. Use youtube or instruction videos if need be.

Nice
This is a good product, the only thing I would improve is making it portable for vacation. If I were the manufacturer, I would create a model where the handles unlock and are easily removed without tools. Then it would be easy to take it in luggage or back pack. Currently you would have to disassemble it if you wanted to take it on vacation.
