Best bang for the buck
I have been using the shaft in woods and hybrids for years. Most predictable and stable shaft on the market in this price range, and better than many that cost much more. I use NV55/driver, NV65/fairways, NV75/hybrids. It is also the most requested shaft in my shop. Hot, yet stable. #1 selling graphite shaft for a reason!

Still a best seller for a reason
As a single digit handicapper and clubmaker, I've tried most of popular shafts out there, but the venerable Aldila NV series is still as predictable and affordable a shaft as there is out there. I have been playing NV65's in my fairway woods and NV75's in my hybrids for years, but recently reshafted my TaylorMade Burner 2.0 Driver with a NV55 shaft .5 inch shorter than the standard 46.5". That made it weigh very close to the factory standard 48 gram shaft. I don't hit it much (or any) further on my very best shots with each shaft, but my AVERAGE distance is much greater, and the dispersion much tighter. With the stable tip on the NV shaft, the trajectory is so predictable. These shafts will generally lower the ball flight equal to a half to whole degree of loft, so keep that in mind. If you are ballooning the ball, this is the shaft for you. If you like to hit the hard draw, just make sure you have enough loft. I have a 13 (and a 15), and when you hit the hard draw with the NV shaft, it rolls forever. Sure, there are the latest (and greatest?) shafts for $200-300, but for around $50, you can't beat this shaft. Only thing close is the Proforce V2, but its' tip isn't quite as stable. Highly recommend.
