I love the product
I came into your store to purchase a basketball for my son, and came across the spalding basketball and he really liked it so I got it and he hasn't stop playing with it. He had a reebox basketball which we have to fill it and it's a pain. Thanks

No bounce after a couple weeks
Bought this ball for my son a couple of weeks ago and he can't use it anymore saying that it has NO bounce. How do you play basketball with a ball that won't bounce? Spent a little more thinking it would be worth the extra money...wrong! Don't waste your money!!!

The basketball has been improved!
You can actually leave this ball outside without any damage or deflation for extended periods. I would never purchase any other outdoor basketball, as long as a NEVERFLAT was available. I just wish they made it in smaller sizes for my little one.

When good grip is really what you want
I have had my Spalding NEVERFLAT basketball for about a week now and I like it. There is usually not much to say about sports balls, other than the fact that they should bounce properly (or respond well to hits) and not go flat too quickly. Of course, contrary to the sub-brand name, the Spalding NEVERFLAT basketball DOESGOFLAT, expect it takes longer (10 times longer as it says on the box and that remains to be seen.) I have good faith in Spalding. It IS the official brand of the NBA after all! The best thing about this ball is not its refusal to deflate(!), but its fantastic grip. It's like there is a weak glew on it just enough to help you not lose the ball during dunks and lay-ups. It is one of the priciest of basketballs at Dick's but well worth the price.
