Coleman River Gorge 6 Person Dome Tent 4.2 5 342 342
Nice Tent We got this tent in August for trip to Maine, Set-up was easy, rain fly worked great, able to put 2 cots in with plenty of left over room! December 15, 2014
So far so good Just returned from a weekend camp-out in this tent and it held up fine. The usual easy setup and take-down associated with these tents. We had perfect weather so I can't say yet how this one does in rain, but I have a smaller version (the 4 tiny person model) like this and it's weathered some nasty storms without a problem. I still believe that Coleman uses centuries old census data for their person measurements. This is a two (average-size) person tent with room for some stuff. December 15, 2014
Well worth the price Would be a five if it had and electrical port, otherwise a great value. December 3, 2014
Still good, but not quite as good. We bought this tent to replace an older Coleman 6 person dome tent. Although it is still easy to put up and stays completely dry even in heavy rain we were disappointed that this tent now only has one door and the rain fly hangs flat against the tent in some places. great I bought this tent for my husband and I for a more spacious camping experience. Very easy to assembly, lots of room inside and seems durable. For the price, it's a wonderful tent! November 3, 2014
Great Tent! We just used our tent for the first time this past weekend. We found it very easy to put up and conversely, take back down and put in the bag. It got pretty damp on Saturday night and everything inside stayed nice and dry. October 27, 2014
nice tent, great service The tent was a great deal at $71 delivered to my door within 36 hours after ordering. Highly recommend ducks for camping supplies. October 27, 2014
Good Value - Good Tent I purchased this tent for an Indian Princesses campout. The tent was easy to put up, although the two main poles are very long and it makes it much easier to have a second set of hands. I had one queen size air mattress in it and there was plenty of room in the tent. Two queen sized mattresses would fit with very little room to walk so the real capacity is more like 4 people. Also, my air mattress was 18 inches high so when you are sleeping on top of the mattress, the walls of the tent slope inward and may touch taller folks in the head. The "surface" area at 18 inches is much less than the perimeter of the tent at the floor. Naturally, a higher cot-style air mattress would have even less area due to the inward sloping walls. Lastly, the door way was a good size but the bottom part of the opening was about 8-10 inches tall. There might be a good reason for that height on the bottom of the opening, but I kept tripping over the bottom of the door opening every time I tried to get out of the tent (I'm 5'11"). Not a huge deal except when nature calls and you're trying to navigate a low hurdle in the middle of the night. October 27, 2014
Coleman Tent I tend to trust Coleman, because I like a brand name. Regardless, put this tent up Columbus day weekend(October). Made it through the weekend, though all it had to make it through was the cold. Went up nice, very spacious inside, which is what I was looking for. Definitely a tent made for ventilation, so the cold came in with us, which was fine, because the ventilation is important for hotter months. Overall good experience, again only used it one weekend. I paid 80 for this tent - great value there, but that's probably because camping season was over when I purchased. October 27, 2014
Great for the price, sleeps 4 comfortably Bought this for our family of 4 for our first scout camping weekend. Perfect for us, kept us dry in the light rain we had overnight, extremely easy to set up with 2 people, says it sleeps 6, the four of us were comfy, not sure you would want more than that October 19, 2014
