Rated 1 out of 5 by Jim The product is discontinued
I ordered this product as it appeared to be ideal for the two bikes that I have. It finally arrived via UPS. Today having a little time, I decided to assemble it, While the assembly was easy, the unit is missing hardware used to assemble the unit. I contacted the 1-800 number provided and spoke with customer service rep. She indicated that according to her records the unit was discontinued last year (2013) and was shocked that one was found to send out to me. She further advised me to return the unit to Dick's where it was purchased/ordered.

This bike rack is decent for the price. Though I do think it is a little bit flimsy and its ment for bikes that have straight across upper frames but I was able to get this stand to work with my type of Bike frame. I have a Trek Fuel EX8. It was simple to put together and simple to mount.

Like the design but does not hold a women's bike all that well.

For the price you cannot beat this. It is pretty sturdy and doesn't take up much space. If you are mounting on drywall in your garage and you don't drill it into the beam, make sure you use an anchor then screw it into the wall to ensure it stays. Weirdly enough they did not provide that and it will be loose in drywall if you do not use one.

I was looking for a light unobtrusive bike storage solution for two bicycles of mine.
This was easy to assemble and it came with simple instructions.
I own a 37 lbs. mountain bike and 34 lbs. cruiser and it handles both very nicely.
It comes with a optional screw to drill on top to keep it in place. I recommend using this screw. It'll slide out position with a mild bump. it will shift the whole thing out of whack.
The red brackets that hold the bike appear strong enough. They begin to bend closed when tightening the bolts to it. It could weakened if loosened and tightened frequently. Might become problematic, just speculation on my part though.
I know there are other more expensive and solid storage solutions than this one, but this does the job.
my only gripe. it's a bit wobbly with the touch. It's solid enough for my needs.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Rocket Man Nice rack for the price.
This rack is light weight with a lot of plastic but easy to assemble. Nice rack for the price. Nothing fancy. Will be buying another one soon.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Jm Quick, simple, mostly very sturdy
Put two road bike on it to save space in the garage. it is plenty tall, handle bars fit just below the wheels. One is a large frame, the other is XL frame. It is quick to set up and only needs one screw in the wall. You can adjust the heights anyway you want. Its a little wobbly, and probably should have two screws securing it to the wall, but it doesn't have any trouble supporting the bikes.

It holds both of our bikes out of the way and was a good value.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Frankie It works, but...
Very easy to install, took me about 15min to have my bikes on the rack and away so that I can park my SUV in the garage. As far as the rack, you get one screw to secure it to the wall, nothing else, doesn't feel very secure and I had to make sure that I added an anchor, to keep it on the wall. The covers on the bike holder, the red part, will come off within a week and your bike will get all scratched from the rubbing of the exposed metal. Over all it works and it will get your bikes of the floor and give you more room in your garage.
