Great on all counts
I reviewed a bunch of skate sites and skate reviews before settling on this brand & model for my 3 year old son who is just starting to take roller skating lessons. We bought from Dick's because they were offering free shipping (a savings of up to $12 over other websites). The order was filled, shipped and delivered quickly and we're happy with the purchase. The skates are of good quality, sturdy, yet easy to adjust. My son is having a lot of fun skating both in the house and at the rink.
Once my son outgrows the smaller size we'll be buying the larger size...not only would we buy them again, we WILL buy them again!
