nice to have...
This grip ball is a nice thing to have as an addition to my accumulation of strength training equipment. Using this daily has helped me exercise the muscles around my elbow which has been suffering from Tendonitis for some time now. I think everyone should have one of these!!

a good hand muscle bukilding tool
I'm a golfer and I almost cut my thumb off with a table saw. The ball is helping to strengthen my hand. I use it every nite. My grip is coming back and it's helping to get the swelling down. Great product.

Gripp II training ball
This is the greatest strength training item I have ever purchased. I have hands that stiffen up and this grip ball helps relieve the pain and stiffness as well as strengthens my grip for golf, shooting, etc.

Something my wife needed to assist with finger and wrist problems.
I have bought tennis racquets, tennis and racquetballs, shirts, shoes etc. and appreciate all the assistance given to me both your sales and teller folks...that is why I will keep coming back.

Great product!
I've used several "stress balls" that don't last very long. This one is very well made. I use it every day to strenghthen my grip, play catch, and relieve stress. I'm very happy with it.

Great Product, Good Results
I've been using this ball at home and at work for the last two weeks and it's been a noticeable difference in grip strength. I would recommend this to a friend.

It is pretty straight forward ....
I keep this with me for building the muscles around the hand, wrist and forearm. It is simple, convenient, and not just for golfers. Tennis players need to stretch and build strength, too! So far .... so good!
