Does what it is advertised to do!
I bought this product for my granddaughter. She is 8 years old and is small but very physically active. I wanted her to get a little stronger hitting the ball and she uses the product twice per day and sometimes more for about 10 minutes per session. At her last practice, she hit the ball further than she ever had and it was a frozen rope hit. She already had good hitting mechanics and in my opinion, this device has strenghtened her hitting for distance. I would recommened this product! We start the county playoffs soon and I can't wait to see what happens!

i would recomend this
This product is great it easy to use and very effective in just 2 weeks I was hitting homeruns like crazy i went from 2 homeruns to 12 best product ever!!!
