this product is not suited for a groan adult
The ub 100 bench that i bought for decline purposes was a complete failure. This bench is not suited for the normal adult. This bench was way to small,when you lay down on it your head and shoulders hit the ground and you have no movement to bring the dumbbells down to your chest. I would not recommend this bench to anyone.
