Bench is A LOT SMALLER than it appears This Bench is of good quality, but if you go by the website picture and description you THINK the bench is bigger than it actually is in person. Make sure you are aware of the actual size October 26, 2014
Great but small. This model is very stable and holds me down pretty good. I would like to point out that I have a smalll frame and I'm only 5 foot. I would really only recommend this to shorter adults and youth. On a positive note, it is great if you are of a smaller stature but it might be a complete waste if you're not. I wouldn't recommend it if you are over 5'2. July 12, 2014
this product is not suited for a groan adult The ub 100 bench that i bought for decline purposes was a complete failure. This bench is not suited for the normal adult. This bench was way to small, when you lay down on it your head and shoulders hit the ground and you have no movement to bring the dumbbells down to your chest. I would not recommend this bench to anyone. November 27, 2012
It is what I wanted I needed to do twists and situps and it is good for this. May 22, 2012
