Rated 2.8 out of 5 by 13 reviewers.
Rated 1 out of 5 by Bamboo pole Only lasted 2 hours while fishing. The pole broke I had to tape it up to finish fishing. This was not a good purchase. September 9, 2015
Rated 1 out of 5 by Broke before I got the line on I'm not sure what the heck is is a legitimate reason to carry a product this bad. I'm 63, and have used bamboo poles all my life. This one was to flimsy to even string May 13, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Get your kids fishing! Took my 3 y/o boy to the park to catch his first fish! He had a blast watching the bobber. Nice set-up for a starter pole w/ every thing you need, except the worms! May 12, 2015
Rated 1 out of 5 by not worth it Cracked when I took 1 seal off. Didn't get to use it. Shame to January 27, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Bamboo Can Pole For the price, good value. Good starter pole to learn how to fish. July 16, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Can't beat good ole cane pole fishing! Very satisfied with the rigged, cane pole I purchased from Dick's. July 12, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Fun to use but... My boys liked using the bamboo pole. It's was different and fun. However not enough openings for threading and the pieces come apart easily. It was worth the $9 we paid for it. July 8, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by A throw away product I bought this pole in hopes to use it whenever my grandson and I went fishing. Once we were finished the first and only time it was used, the bamboo came out of the sleeve that was attached to it. This happened for both of the sections that fit together. I plan on taking the item back. June 11, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Ok Broke the first time out but user error as the tip broke hitting the ground. June 10, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by Problem right out of packaging I bought 2, one for my 4 year old daughter and a backup as they were inexpensive. Once the poles arrived, I realized they were just cheap. The ferrules separate easily from the bamboo poles and also, the tip end of the rod has the thin bamboo crushed. I will not even try to put a fish on the end of this one just to see the rod break and my 4 year daughter get upset. I think I would have gladly paid at least double what i paid for these for a quality product that will last a little while. The poles are not worth the money I paid as I won't even use the first pole a single time. September 28, 2013
