Does its job
I like the weight capacity of 450 lbs. Didn't really care for the picture-only instructions or nuts and bolts that are not labeled. Not a huge deal, and with a little bit of common sense a person can get it assembled.

Works fine
This is a good product. Works as expected. The item was easily put together. It is very sturdy and supports the weights well. It's light without the weights on it. I have typed all this gibberish to meet the minimum words needed.

Does the job
The stand serves its purpose well and is a good value. Assembly was easy and all parts were included. The only thing you need that isn't provided is a hex wrench. I do agree with some previous reviews regarding the out-of-round shape of some of the plate posts. Only one of the four on mine is like that, but it makes heavy plate removal a bit tough at first. I have my 25# plates stored on that post. As the weeks have gone by, the sheer weight of the plates is taking care of the problem. It was a pain to get the first plate off the first couple of times and I needed to hit it with another plate to get it to budge. Basically, I'm pounding that post into shape so it is getting easier. Other than that, no complaints. I have two of these, one of which was used and part of my plate purchase. The new one I recently purchased direct from Dick's is holding roughly 250 lbs. of plates and is very sturdy. Worth the $40.

Very poor design
For $50 this should get 5 stars; only got 1 cause thats the minimum. Got it home, put it together, started putting weights on it and oops! Apparently, in an effort to cut down on overhead cost of metal to make this product, they didnt make the side support bars wide enough. As a result, the ends of the tubes (where the weights go) had to be reshaped to fit right. Problem is a round hole (weight plate) doesnt fit well on an ovular peg (weight tube on unit)! The weight tubes graduate from circular to oval closer to the support bar attached to so the weights wont slide all the way on and stop about 2" shy. Very disappointed about amount paid, quality of materials and time wasted to assemble! Joke's on me; returning asap!

We just bought Fitness gear Olympic weight tree and it is great to have. No more lose weight laying around on the floor. Its a must have.

Purchased open box. Missing parts.
I purchased this weight rack system as an open stock item. Unfortunately, not all parts were in the box. It will be returned to the store. I am sure the quality is fine, when it is all there.
